Hi my name is April

I lost my ac air and called Handy Bros to get service, Melissa I believe was her name said and explained their busy as it is that time of yr but she said hang ket me see what I can do made a decision and had a young man come out to tell me the news of a new ac is needed.
The young man was informative, kind got along with my dogs and just pleasant as he was funny as well.
In the end a salesman came out and sold us a new system, not just one but three different things air, water and heat, the decision was hard considering all out stuff was put in between 2007 and 2012.
We decided and agreed with Chris that these items were needed and to be replaced.
Now Chris , had looked at schedule and booked in 3 techs to completely Install and remove the old systems.
I had the honor of meeting the 3 guy ,pleasant, happy guys, polite and did their job according and with pride.
They arrived at 715am and never left til job was completed, I was truly impressed with theyndidntheir jobs, handle themselves and let me know what they were doing.
There was no mess inside or outside our home vert well done that my neighbor even complimented them.

Thank you all involved for helping us and getting us air in a short amount of time.
As for the office staff of handy Bros, thank you so much for getting us in ASAP greatly appreciated.
Overall, a great company with lovely people working for them.
I highly recommend them, I never been so impressed with a Company that makes it fun , enjoyable and easy to talk with during out time of need
