Wes White

Wes has been with Handy Bros. for over 7 years, having grown through nearly every level of the company. He started as a 17-year-old co-op student in the install department, earning his G2 gas license while still in high school. From there, he joined the team full-time, became a crew leader, and led an install crew for almost 6 years—all while earning his Refrigeration Journeyman certification. About a year and a half ago, Wes moved into the shop to take on the Fabrication Lead role (or “Chief Chiseler”) under Eric’s management. After passing that position to Omar, he stepped into Warehouse and Production Manager for a few months—still under Eric’s leadership. Today, Wes has taken on a major leadership role as VP of AAA Production, continuing the legacy that Eric built before him. Again, Handy Bros continues to impress and provide excellent customer service. My parents just had JR and Brenden install a furnace, hot water heater and humidifier. They worked hard, educated us and left a very clean work area when they were done. Both were very polite and friendly. Thanks again for another job well done!

Have always used Handy Bros and they have never failed to impress. Cale was recently to my parents house to do a furnace and air conditioner cleaning/ inspection. He was VERY patient with my mother, who can ask many questions, and VERY professional and knowledgeable. He had a trainee with him, Parker, who was also very friendly. Cale got the job done, educating all the way. He was very respectful in keeping their work area clean and the path in and out of the furnace room clean, leaving no debris behind. You have a VERY good worker in Cale and he is definitely an asset to the Handy Bros team. Thanks again another job well done!

My parents air conditioner broke down. We called Handy Brothers at 5pm on Wednesday and spoke with Victoria, who was very kind. We explained our situation, that my dad had COPD and lung cancer and we really needed the air conditioning for his breathing (it was very hot and humid out and expected to be so for the next few days). She had Jake call us, who came out to the house within 30 minutes and explained everything and measured things up and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and professional. He had said we could expect installation of the new air conditioner by Friday or Saturday and he would notify Dan and TY for the installation. Later that evening ,we get a call from Ty ,and they are going to install the new air conditioner tomorrow morning at 830 AM and be done by noon...and low and behold...it was done by noon the next day!! We cannot thank you enough for all the kindness and pulling out all the stops for my father so he could breath easy...thank you!! thank you!! You are an amazing team!!

I’ve had many issues with the house I bought here in Chatham and thus have had many contractors and companies in my house and handy bros is by far the best and I will use them for as long as I have a house!
I live alone and am responsible for everything, and I started from 0 or less. It is very stressful dealing with heating issues, but also you can’t take forever to make decisions because you need it working properly.
Every technician that has been sent here since I have been here seemed to really care about me and my house. Particularly Cale (sp). I had a somewhat complicated issue and I know he would have stayed here until it was corrected, and not only that, he is a trustworthy and enjoyable person to be around and has offered to bring me a coffee every visit.
When HB came to install my new system, they shovelled my driveway, they took the shovel from my hand to finish it so I could go inside.
They are just really good people who really care. And I believe when that is the case, success will follow, and that really seems to be happening for them, and they deserve that.
The tech’s are always knowledgeable and so nice, and the customer service people are really great as well. I’ve never not gotten a call back or response and they often check in weeks later to make sure I am happy.
It is always stressful dealing with this stuff but when you know you can count on me he people you hire it really lessens that.
I cannot wait to have AIR CONDITIONING this summer!

We reached out to Handy Bros the same day another company was to come and install a new Furnace and A/C. The other company attempted to fool my elderly father into a financing contract that was originally for 10 year term which was stated on the paperwork and agreed. Unfortunately we found out on install day from the financing company that the term would be 20 years amortization period not 10 years. That was a huge red flag. Always do your research before signing any contract.
We jumped right on phone and immediately called Handy Bros to attend the home to give quotes on a new Furnace and A/C. Our service advisor Martin arrived at the home within that hour to assist. Martin did a wonderful job with explaining which systems Handy Bros carries and had given recommendations. Great work Martin! We recommend Martin to be your comfort advisor. My elderly father was very nervous about getting into another contract with another hvac company because of what happened prior.
I then reachout to the ceo of Handy Bros and explained to him what exactly happened and he was shocked and was apologetic towards what happened with the other company and he advised that there are many companies out there that are not interested in helping customers and are just wanting your wallet and to screw over the customer. He did a wonderful job in explaining that Handy Bros is a wonderful and trustworthy company and have been in business since 1959 and they are 100% honest and care for their customers from day one. He also stated that Handy Bros Home Comfort does things differently than any other company out there, there are the best of the best. I would definitely agree with that

After a few days of convincing my elderly father to go ahead with Handy Bros, he finally agreed to have Handy Bros come in and install a new Furnace, Heat Pump and Tankless Water Heater. Mitch White did a wonderful job in helping me to convince my father in trusting Handy Bros. Thank you truly to Mitch White, you're a great man! Finally some good hearted humans do exist.

On install day, the crew came early to install the new Furnace, Heat Pump and Tankless Water Heater. The crew did a wonderful clean job. Worked efficiently, tirelessly throughout the whole day to get the job done correctly. Shout out to the install crew Evan and Kyle, you guys did a spectacular job!. They also did an amazing job in explaining the new system to my elderly father. We kindly recommend these guys to do your new install. Thank you very much Evan and Kyle!

Unfortunately the next day there was a leak on the tankless water heater. I would like to point out that it was not human error. The installation was done correctly. We called Handy Bros that day and they came within 30 minutes to address the leak and find out what the issue was. Service technician Nick did a wonderful job in addressing the water leak and examined why it was leaking. Nick worked quickly to fix the leak. The leak was due to a faulty brass fitting on the unit. That part was replaced. Thank you Nick!

The company you choose matters more than anything, I would like to just say Handy Bros, you're a great company and thank you so much for everything. I am glad you assisted my family with making the best decision. We 100% truly recommend Handy Bros for your HVAC service or new install, Home Comfort Done Differently.
