Since Jack and Murray Handy started this heating and cooling company back in 1959 (over 65 years ago), the Handy Bros. team has been working tirelessly to serve the communities of South-Western Ontario with one ultimate goal in mind; the goal to do home comfort DIFFERENTLY.

What to expect when working with Handy Bros?

We know that you NEED the best quality and the best service, all at the best price. All of our heating, cooling, and plumbing technicians receive over 200 hours of specialized furnace and AC training each year! Because of this intense training process, and many other investments we make in our technicians, we are able to install some of the BEST QUALITY products with EXCELLENCE, service these products with the BEST SERVICE through in-depth technical knowledge, and provide it all at the BEST PRICE through operational efficiency.

Safety

We know that you want your home to be safe! Safety is our most important concern. All of our technicians go through rigorous training procedures as well as weekly health and safety meetings to ensure YOUR safety, and their own, when we are working on your heating and cooling equipment.

Cleanliness

We know that you are proud of your home. We do not compromise when it comes to cleanliness! We use drop cloths, boot covers, various cleaners, vacuums, gloves, and more to ensure that we leave your home the same way we found it, or better! Your home is your sanctuary and we will keep it that way!

Transparency

We know that furnace, AC, and water heater failures are unexpected! These emergencies can put stress and pressure on your you and your budget. We WILL NOT complete any service or repairs without your approval before-hand. All of our work and pricing is by approval only. There are no surprises!

Peace of Mind

We know that when your heating and cooling systems fail and you need them repaired, you need them repaired FAST! We will not “leave you out in the cold” with an emergency failure. Our inventory team is responsible for stocking our 33,000 square foot warehouse to the max, so that you can have SAME OR NEXT DAY installs. We carry over 12,300 pieces of home comfort equipment and replacement parts! Why wait, when you don’t have to?

We know that you do not appreciate pushy salespeople in your home! All of our comfort advisors are rigorously trained to provide a variety of home comfort solutions, leaving you 100% in control of your finances. Our job is to provide clear information so that you can make an informed decision. We WILL NOT push you into anything! We work for YOU and YOU are in charge.

Partnership

We know that you want your furnace, air conditioner, and water heater to last! Your equipment is an investment and we understand this. Our membership programs provide Precision Tune-ups on your equipment twice per year. Our precision tune-up specialists work hard to: Improve equipment efficiency, clean wearing parts, warranty faulty components, prevent breakdowns, and save you money!
