WE ALL KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS SUFFERED FROM ALZHEIMER’S!

WE ALL KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS SUFFERED FROM ALZHEIMER’S!

The majority of our team agreed that they have either known, or known of someone who has suffered from Alzheimer’s/Dementia.

We have witnessed or experienced the heart-breaking changes & challenges this diagnosis presents to the loved one and their family.

As a team we collected donations from all of us Bros. We are more than happy the funds are going to this well deserving cause.

The White Family in particular will forever remember their late mother/grandmother who was diagnosed in her last couple years with them.

She moved in with the White Family of 6 kids, when she started to lose her memory and it became unsafe for her to live alone.

CEO, Mitch cherishes these years as he helped care for his grandmother, he will never forget the bond they developed over the years she was living with them.

Mitch’s mom, Esther White thanks the Alzheimer’s Society tremendously for all their help with her Mom during this time and especially appreciated their “Day Away” program with her busy schedule.

Year round, The Alzheimer’s Society does so much to aid in the caregiver and the individual’s home life. Annually, they organize a fundraiser walk.

This year’s “IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s” was held last Saturday, May 29th, raising funds for urgently needed services to help people with dementia and the family members who care for them.

See the link below for more details and how you can help today. https://support.alzheimer.ca/site/SPa… A huge thank you from the entire Handy Bros.

Family to Alzheimer’s Society Chatham Kent for all you do for our community!

Ps. Stick around until the very end to see an adorable dug up keep sake from Mitch’s Mom!
